OPPORTUNITIES AT BOOK BUNK IN 2023
We are looking for a Fundraising Manager to join our team and help to identify and prioritise opportunities for Book Bunk together with the Managing Partners and the Communications Teams. The Fundraising Manager will directly build, nurture, and monitor working relationships with key partners to ensure innovative, impactful partnerships, advocacy initiatives and social impact platforms. The Manager will also lead the entire donor cycle with a focus on identifying and building funding channels via donors, partners and funders (foundation, individual, corporate etc). They will also be responsible for creating and implementing fundraising strategies, researching and identifying fundraising opportunities, submitting applications, maintaining a donor database, reporting to donors and running online fundraising campaigns.
We are looking for a Communications Manager to lead Book Bunk’s marketing and communications efforts cross-departmentally and within a number of internal and external communities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing Book Bunk’s communications and brand strategy, creating and disseminating communication materials for audiences, such as editorial calendars, newsletters, partner and event communications, podcasts, digital installations and media relations.
The Manager will also work closely with the Fundraising and Digital Life teams to ensure that our brand communicates to our audiences effectively. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a small, close-knit team, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Data Uploader Intern
We are looking for a data uploader intern. As a data uploader intern, you will work closely with the Archive and Digital teams to upload various types of data, such as text, images, and videos, onto our website using WordPress. This will include creating and editing posts, pages, and media files, as well as optimising content for search engines.
We are looking for a Communications Intern to support the implementation communications activities for our Communications Department. As our Communications Intern, you will support and carry out essential operational duties. This is a 6-month internship.
