Nairobi City Council Eastlands Library
Are you ready for another edition of Mengi Mengi Film Club? This edition presents THE GODS MUST BE CRAZY (1980) by Director Jamie Uly (South Africa) and SEED (2018) by Director Voline Ogutu (Kenya). Both films feature characters dissatisfied with their stations in life and eager to change things by any means necessary. Uly’s film employs humour to great effect as it follows a travelling Bushman who encounters modern civilization and its stranger aspects while Ogutu takes a darker path in this fantasy drama about money, greed and death.

Free entry. Limited seating. Screening starts promptly at 1PM at Eastlands Library.
